Qure vs Seranova: Micro Infusion Systems Compared (2026)
Qure vs Seranova compared on cost, complete sessions, serums and guarantees—and why Seranova is our pick for most first-time buyers. Checked 24 Oct 2026.
By DermaRatings Editorial TeamUpdated Facts checked 8 min read
Qure and Seranova both sell an at-home micro infusion stamp used every 2 weeks, but Seranova is the easier recommendation for a first purchase2,6. It costs less to start, its 3-month kit costs less per session than Qure's comparable bundle, and it lists a fresh head for every treatment2,3,6,7. Qure takes the price lead only when you commit to its larger 6-month bundle.
Quick answer
- Best for most first-time buyers: Seranova. It starts at $99, or $78 on subscription, and every stated treatment has its own fresh head6,7.
- Pick Qure if you are ready to commit to 6 months: $259 for 12 treatments, or about $18.17 a session on subscription3.
- Check first: Qure deducts a return fee of about $29 to $494. Seranova takes standard returns only if the kit is sealed and unused8.

Qure lists two 3-month plans, so we show both. Counts are each brand's printed treatment counts.
How we compared Same checks for both brands: price and subscription price at every kit size, cost per session from each brand's own treatment count, kit contents, serums, returns, guarantee wording, cancellation route, FDA database status and published ratings. Facts checked on 24 Oct 2026. Nobody at DermaRatings has used either kit.
What does each one cost over 6 months?
Per-session figures can hide the real bill. Here is the same stretch, 12 treatments at one every 2 weeks.
| One-time | Subscription | |
|---|---|---|
| Qure, one 6-month bundle | $259 | $218 |
| Seranova, two 3-month kits | $318 | $252 |
Sums: Seranova $159 × 2 = $318 and $126 × 2 = $252. Over those 6 months, Seranova costs $59 more one-time and $34 more on subscription3,7. It costs less to start, though: its 1-month kit is $99 against Qure's $119. Qure also sells single treatments at $30 each12.
Qure's 3-month bundle has one catch. It lists 5 heads for 6 treatments, which is $169 / 5 = $33.80 per head2. If you want a fresh head every time, that is the figure to compare.
What's in the box and how is it used?
Qure's 3-month bundle lists "1 × Qure Micro-Infusion Device", "5 × Sterilized Single-Use Micro-Needling Heads" and "6 × Scientifically Formulated 4 ml Serum", sold as 6 treatments2. The page does not explain why there is one head fewer. Qure says to start at the centre of the face and work outward with 2 to 3 passes in each area, and a session takes about 5 minutes1.
Seranova lists one head and one serum vial per session: 2, 4 or 6 of each6. Its page says to "attach a new single-use applicator head" each session6. You turn the device upside down for 1 to 2 minutes so the serum flows, then press with 50% overlap for 2 to 3 passes. A session takes about 10 minutes6.
Both brands say to repeat every 2 weeks (see how often to use micro infusion)2,6. Qure says to use very gentle pressure and one pass under the eyes and on the lips1. Seranova says to keep about 3 cm (1.5 inches) from the eyes6.
Each brand wants you to use its own serum. Qure says it "can only guarantee the safety, performance and proper serum flow of Qure formulas when used with the device"1. Seranova's instructions are written for its own vials6.
What's in the serums?
Qure's Brightening serum lists tranexamic acid and niacinamide. Its Rejuvenating serum lists beta-glucan, copper tripeptide-1 and sodium hyaluronate1. Qure calls its formulas fragrance-free1.
Seranova's standard serum is described as having "hyaluronic acid and collagen peptides"6. Seranova says its Pigmentation formula uses tranexamic acid, alpha-arbutin, bakuchiol and niacinamide10. Both publish full ingredient lists on their pages1,6.
What do the studies show?
Qure says a user study of 30 people aged 25 to 65 found that 70% said their fine lines looked smoother, and 93% noticed results the day after their first treatment1. It also cites a safety evaluation of 31 subjects led by a board-certified dermatologist, with no adverse reactions reported1. It prints no study ID, and it does not mention a control group1.
Seranova cites "Study 26/33/AO/V1, 30 subjects" and "Study ST-ET-2025-00029, 30 subjects", plus a survey of 281 repeat customers6. It says the survey results are "self-reported and not independently verified"6. Its comparison page, dated 21 Sep 2026, describes a 12-week study of 29 subjects with full reports "available on request"10. The two pages give different study sizes, and none of the studies is published.
No study compares the two systems. A survey without a control group shows what users said, not what the product caused. See micro infusion vs microneedling for what the research does cover.
Subscription, returns and support
Qure. You can return a purchase within 30 days of receiving it, under its 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee4. A return fee of "approximately $29 - $49" is deducted, and you pay return shipping4. Qure says it does not cover efficacy claims in the first 30 days4. Its separate 90-day guarantee asks for before-and-after photos taken after each treatment1. To cancel a subscription, log in and give 7 days' notice before the next delivery, or the next period is billed5.
Seranova. Standard returns need a sealed, unused kit within 30 days of delivery, and original shipping is not refunded8. If you used the kit, the separate 90-Day Results Guarantee may apply: it covers your first Seranova order only, with one claim per customer9. To change or cancel a subscription, email or call support, or use the subscription portal9.
What do buyers say?
Qure. Its micro infusion page shows 4.8 from 1,634 reviews1. Trustpilot showed 4.5 out of 5 from 1,654 reviews (checked 24 Oct 2026)13. The 13 testimonials on its page are all positive and chosen by the brand. Several mention a glow or brighter skin after 2 to 6 treatments1. We could not read Trustpilot reviews directly, so we report no themes from there.
Seranova. Its page shows 4.8 from 9,208 reviews6. Trustpilot showed 4.4 out of 5 from 4,731 reviews (checked 24 Oct 2026)14. Most of the 40 product-page reviews we read describe smoother skin or softer lines after 2 to 9 months of use. Only two raised a drawback: one called the vials "messy and difficult to open", and one found a session painful6. The brand selects its on-site reviews, and its footer says some testimonials may come from customers who got free products or payment6.
Safety and regulatory status
We found no FDA 510(k) record for either micro infusion kit when we searched openFDA on 24 Oct 202611. Qure's FDA record K230042 is for its LED mask, not this kit11. A name search only finds records filed under that name.
Qure says not to use the system when pregnant or nursing, or on irritated or sunburned skin1. Seranova does not recommend its system for rosacea, eczema or active acne6. Ask a dermatologist first if you have a skin condition.
Verdict
Seranova is our recommendation for most first-time buyers. Its $99 entry price is $20 below Qure's, its 3-month kit is slightly cheaper per session, and—most importantly—the box lists a fresh single-use head for every treatment2,3,6,7. The complete session count, full ingredient lists, two formula choices and straightforward first-order guarantee make it a reassuring way to start6,9,10.
Qure is the better pure-value choice only if you already know you want 6 months; that larger bundle has the lowest cost per session. Its 3-month box lists 5 heads for 6 treatments, however, and returns deduct about $29 to $492,4. Seranova's standard return is for sealed kits, so read the 90-day first-order guarantee before use. On the balance of entry price, completeness and ease of planning, Seranova wins for newcomers while Qure wins for long-term bargain hunters.

Frequently asked questions
Does Seranova microneedling really work?
Seranova has encouraging buyer feedback, including 4.4 out of 5 from 4,731 Trustpilot reviews on 24 Oct 2026. It also cites two studies of 30 subjects and a survey of 281 repeat customers. Those results are not published in a controlled trial, so they support a positive buyer-experience picture rather than proving a specific outcome. Seranova is a shallow micro infusion stamp, not clinical microneedling.
Is Qure the best microneedling device?
No neutral test ranks it first. The pages calling Qure the winner are Qure's own blog and an advertorial list. On our table Qure has the lowest one-time cost per session at 6 months, but it charges a return fee and its 3-month bundle lists 5 heads for 6 treatments. Compare the rows that matter to you.
Which micro infusion system is considered the best?
Between Qure and Seranova, we recommend Seranova for most first-time buyers because it costs less to start and lists a new head for every treatment. Qure becomes cheaper per session at 6 months, so it can suit buyers ready for the larger commitment. Both publish full ingredient lists and follow a 2-week schedule.
What is the best microneedling brand?
It depends on the tool. Micro infusion kits like these are stamps with short needles that push serum into the top of the skin. Microneedling pens go deeper, and the FDA-reviewed ones are sold for use by professionals. Decide which kind of treatment you want before comparing brands within it.
Do Qure and Seranova include a new head for every treatment?
Seranova lists one single-use head and one serum vial per session in every kit size. Qure's 3-month bundle lists 5 single-use heads and 6 serums, sold as 6 treatments, and the page does not explain the difference. Check the box contents before you order if you want a fresh head each time.
