Six Qure Micro-Infusion alternatives compared on price per session, needles, kit contents, return terms and Trustpilot ratings, all checked on 24 Oct 2026.

By DermaRatings Editorial TeamUpdated Facts checked 8 min read

Qure sells a micro infusion stamp with 24K gold-plated 0.5 mm heads and a serum for each treatment1. People look elsewhere mostly on price per session, head count and return terms. Here are 6 alternatives, checked on 24 Oct 2026. For the head-to-head with Seranova, see Qure vs Seranova.

Quick list

  • Similar 0.5 mm gold-plated heads: AMIRO and EvenSkyn4,6
  • Lowest one-time price per session: Glov, $12.42 per serum, head count not printed10
  • Longest return window: EvenSkyn, 60 days on devices7
  • Different approach: Glamory, a roller instead of a stamp8

Why people look for Qure alternatives

  • Price per session. Qure's 3-month bundle costs $169 for 6 treatments, or $28.17 each1. Three of the six alternatives cost less per session on at least one option8,10,14.
  • Head count. The same kit lists "5 × Sterilized Single-Use Micro-Needling Heads" for 6 treatments. Per head, that is $169 / 5 = $33.801. Qure does not explain the difference.
  • Return terms. Qure gives 30 days for "a full refund"2. One alternative gives 60 days on devices, and one accepts no change-of-mind returns at all5,7.
  • Study claims. Qure cites "an independent user study" with no study ID or sample size on the page1.

The alternatives

Listed in alphabetical order. We name no winner.

AMIRO PDRN Micro-Infusion System

AMIRO sells a stamp kit built around a PDRN serum, in 1, 2 or 3-month supplies4.

  • How it differs from Qure: 0.5 mm 24K gold-plated single-use tips, like Qure4. The serum is PDRN-based, and the kit page says "27% PDRN" while the 90-day refill page says "0.355% Salmon PDRN"4. The two pages conflict.
  • Price: $107.99 for 2 sessions, $159.99 for 4 and $209.99 for 6, or $35.00 to $53.99 per session4. Subscription takes 10% off4.
  • Buyers say: Trustpilot 4 out of 5 from 108 reviews (checked 24 Oct 2026)16. We could not read individual reviews, so we list no themes.
  • Downside: "We don't accept unwanted returns". Refunds within 30 days cover only "non-manmade" defects5.
  • Suits you if: you want a PDRN serum and accept no change-of-mind returns.

EvenSkyn MicroInfuser

EvenSkyn sells a stamp with a sealed serum ampoule for each session6.

  • How it differs from Qure: "24-karat gold-plated microneedles fixed at 0.5 mm", like Qure6. The serum lists "biosynthetic PDRN at 2,000 ppm"6. The kit has one head per ampoule, so the session count is clear6.
  • Price: $119.99 for 4 treatments, which the brand prints as "$30.00 per treatment"6. Subscription takes 10% to 20% off6.
  • Buyers say: Trustpilot 4 out of 5 from 88 reviews, on an unclaimed profile (checked 24 Oct 2026)16.
  • Downside: the 60-day return covers devices; opened skin care is not refundable7.
  • Suits you if: you want the closest stamp format and a longer return window on the device.

Glamory MicroLift System

Glamory sells a roller with 0.5 mm needles and pre-sterilized serum vials8.

  • How it differs from Qure: it is a roller, not a stamp8. The page lists key ingredients only, with no full list8.
  • Price: one treatment costs $36 one-time8. On subscription, 3 treatments cost $72 ($24 each) and 6 cost $108 ($18 each), every 30 days8. That subscription price is lower than Qure's $28.17.
  • Buyers say: on 24 Oct 2026 Trustpilot showed "This company's rating is unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines"16. The page itself shows "4.8/5 Based on 15,356 Users"8.
  • Downside: the page says "increase to once a week" and also "stick to once every 2 weeks"8. Refunds need a return number and intact seals9.
  • Suits you if: you want the lowest subscription price per session and are fine with a roller. See Glamory vs Qure.

Glov Micro Infusion System

Glov sells a refillable stamp with 0.5 mm needles and a hyaluronic acid and peptide serum10.

  • How it differs from Qure: lower price per serum, and a full ingredient list on the page10. The kit does not print how many heads come in the box10.
  • Price: $69 with 3 serums, $99 with 6 or $149 with 12. That is $23.00, $16.50 or $12.42 per serum10. Subscription takes 20% off10.
  • Buyers say: Trustpilot 4.4 out of 5 from 6,633 reviews, for the whole store (checked 24 Oct 2026)16.
  • Downside: head count not printed, so confirm it at checkout. The site's 60-day banner does not cover the kit, which gets 30 days11.
  • Suits you if: you want the lowest entry price and a return that accepts used kits11. See Glov vs Qure.

Petal Micro Infusion System

Petal sells a 6-week kit with 24K microneedle tips and serum ampoules12.

  • How it differs from Qure: the kit has 3 tips and 6 ampoules, so tips limit it to 3 sessions12. Petal publishes a full ingredient list12.
  • Price: $89, or $29.67 per session12. Subscription takes 15% off, shipped every 6 weeks12.
  • Buyers say: Trustpilot 4.3 out of 5 from 28 reviews (checked 24 Oct 2026)16. That is a small sample.
  • Downside: the page says the formula is free from "synthetic fragrances", but if you avoid plant oils, note that the list includes bitter orange flower oil12. Allergy refund requests must come within 14 days13.
  • Suits you if: you want a short trial at a price per session close to Qure's.

Seranova Micro Infusion System

Seranova sells a stamp kit with single-use heads and a serum with "hyaluronic acid and collagen peptides"14.

  • How it differs from Qure: the 3-month kit costs less per session14. Returns and a results guarantee are separate policies15.
  • Price: $99 for 2 treatments, $118 for 4 or $159 for 6, or $49.50 to $26.50 per session14. On subscription the lowest is $21 per session14.
  • Buyers say: Trustpilot 4.4 out of 5 from 4,731 reviews (checked 24 Oct 2026)16.
  • Downside: the 30-day return covers sealed, unused items only. The 90-day guarantee for used product has its own conditions15. The page cites "Study 26/33/AO/V1, 30 subjects", which is not published on the page14.
  • Suits you if: you want a lower price per session than Qure and a guarantee that covers used product. See Qure vs Seranova.

When to stick with Qure

  • You want a full refund in 30 days. Qure says you can return within 30 days "for a full refund"2. AMIRO refunds only defects, and Seranova's 30-day return needs sealed items5,15.
  • You want a stamp with ratings at scale. Qure has 4.5 out of 5 from 1,654 Trustpilot reviews (checked 24 Oct 2026)16.
  • You want a clear schedule. Qure states "one treatment performed every 2 weeks" and that "more frequent use is not better"1,3.

FDA: we found no 510(k) record for Qure's micro infusion kit or any alternative here (openFDA, 24 Oct 2026)17. Qure's record K230042 is for its LED mask, not this kit17. For Qure against a cosmetic-listed kit, see Qure vs ReGlow.

How we picked Each product is a full-face stamp or roller kit with 0.25 to 0.5 mm needles, sold in the US, with a public price and a printed session count. "Cheaper" means a lower price per session than Qure's $28.17; "similar" means 0.5 mm gold-plated heads. We left out Renewa, whose single kit works out at $49.50 per session and whose 100-day guarantee "does not imply a full cash refund". We also left out Mon Lumiere and THE DRM LAB, whose pages print no session count. All facts are from public pages, checked on 24 Oct 2026. We did not test these products. For a scored list of 11 kits, see the best micro infusion systems.

Frequently asked questions

How often should I use Qure?

Qure sells its 3-month bundle as 6 treatments, with "one treatment performed every 2 weeks". Its micro infusion page adds that "more frequent use is not better and may irritate the skin" and says to use a fresh, sterile head for each treatment. If you switch to another kit, follow that brand's own schedule instead, since they range from weekly to every 4 weeks.

How much does micro infusion cost?

On one-time prices checked 24 Oct 2026, the kits here cost $12.42 to $36.00 per session. Qure's 3-month bundle works out at $28.17 per treatment, or $33.80 per head. Glov is lowest per serum, though it does not print a head count. Subscriptions lower most prices, for example Glamory to $18 a session on its 6-treatment plan.

What are some alternatives to derma rollers?

A stamp is the main alternative. It presses straight down instead of rolling across the skin, and micro infusion stamps carry a serum to the needles. Five of the six kits on this page are stamps, and Glamory is a roller. Our derma roller vs derma stamp guide explains how the two formats differ and what to check before you buy.

Qure alternative reddit: what do buyers suggest?

We could not open Reddit threads on 24 Oct 2026, because the site blocked our access. So we do not summarize what Reddit users suggest. Search r/Microneedling for Qure threads and read several, since single posts vary. Compare any kit they name on price per session, head count and return terms, as in the table on this page.
