This page compares two micro-infusion kits, not Qure's LED mask. Qure sells 6 treatments for $169, or $28.17 each1. ReGlow sells one treatment for $49 and plans from $99, but it does not print how many treatments each plan holds5. Qure's needles are 0.5 mm and ReGlow's are 0.295 mm, as each brand prints them1,5.

Quick answer

  • Pick Qure if you want a stated treatment count and price per treatment ($28.17)1; you want a 30-day money-back guarantee that does not require unused items3.
  • Pick ReGlow if you want to try one treatment for $49 first5; you want shorter needles, 0.295 mm as printed5.
  • Check first: Qure deducts a return fee of "approximately $29 - $49"3. ReGlow refunds only unused items in their original packaging6.

How we compared Checked on 24 Oct 2026. We read both product pages, store data and refund policies, and searched the FDA 510(k) database. We compared the same points for each kit: price, treatment count, heads, needle length, serum, cadence, returns, FDA status and ratings. Price per treatment uses only counts the brand prints. Nobody at DermaRatings has used either kit.

What does each one cost?

Qure. The 3-month bundle for wrinkles is $169, down from $3571. Qure sells it as "Total of 6 treatments (one treatment performed every 2 weeks)"1. That is $169 ÷ 6 = $28.17 a treatment. The box lists 5 heads, so it is $169 ÷ 5 = $33.80 per head1. The page does not explain the gap. Qure also sells single treatments for $304.

ReGlow. The single treatment is $495. Plans cost $99 for 1.5 months, $149 for 3 months and $209 for 6 months5. ReGlow says "Your selected supply determines how many serum vials and sterile single use applicator heads are included"5. It does not print the count for any plan. ReGlow does not print how many treatments each plan holds (checked 24 Oct 2026), so we give no price per treatment for them.

ReGlow sells replacement heads at $19.90 for the 0.295 mm size7. Its 5 ml serum refill is $26 for one7.

What's in the box and how is it used?

Qure. The bundle holds "1 × Qure Micro-Infusion Device", "5 × Sterilized Single-Use Micro-Needling Heads" and "6 × Scientifically Formulated 4 ml Serum for Wrinkles"1. The heads are "EO-sterilized, 24 K gold-plated 0.5 mm"1. Qure says "more frequent use is not better and may irritate the skin"2. See how often to use micro infusion for each brand's schedule.

ReGlow. The box holds the device, "Sterile 24K Applicator Heads" and "Anti Aging Serum Vials, 4 ml each"5. ReGlow says the tips are "24K gold plated 0.295 mm"5. You pour the serum into the chamber, prime the head for about two minutes, then stamp with about fifty percent overlap5. ReGlow says: "Most customers use the system every one to two weeks" and "More frequent use is not necessary"5.

What's in the serums?

Qure sells this bundle with its "Serum for Wrinkles"1. Its micro-infusion page lists beta-glucan, copper tripeptide-1 and sodium hyaluronate for the Rejuvenating serum2.

ReGlow headlines "Plant Stem Cells + Exosome Science"5. It names four parts: a plant stem cell extract, a "plant derived vesicle complex", a peptide matrix with hyaluronic acid, and an "EGF peptide"5. The wording points to plant-derived vesicles, not human exosomes. For what these terms mean, see exosomes vs PDRN.

What do the studies show?

Qure says an "independent user study" found that 70% of participants said their fine lines looked smoother1. It says 93% "noticed results the next day after their first Micro-Infusion treatment"1. These are self-reported. No study ID is printed1.

ReGlow says users reported smoother, brighter skin and "Visible first session results"5. It shows progress photos at 12 and 19 weeks, measured with what it calls "an advanced AI multispectral analyzer"5. It prints no sample size or study ID5.

Neither kit has a published study we could find.

Returns and support

Qure. "You can return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund", under its 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee3. A fee "from approximately $29 - $49" is deducted to cover shipping and warehouse costs3. You pay return shipping, and shipping charges are non-refundable3.

ReGlow. "Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery"6. Proof of purchase is required6. The product page banner says "30 Day Money Back Guarantee"5. The policy's unused rule is the one that sets the terms. A separate 14-day clause covers parcels lost or damaged in transit6.

What do buyers say?

Qure. Trustpilot showed 4.5 out of 5 from 1,654 reviews on 24 Oct 20269. Qure's micro-infusion page shows 4.8 from 1,634 reviews2.

ReGlow. We could not read a Trustpilot profile for getreglow.com on 24 Oct 202610. ReGlow's own page shows "4.5 / 5 from 84 reviews"5.

Both brands control the reviews shown on their own sites.

Safety and regulatory status

We found no FDA 510(k) record for either kit when we searched openFDA on 24 Oct 20268. Qure's record K230042 is for its LED mask, not this kit8. Qure's product page makes no FDA claim1.

ReGlow prints "FDA Product Listing No. 53-900269-404091"5. That is a cosmetic product listing, not a device clearance. ReGlow says so itself: "This does not represent FDA approval"5.

ReGlow says not to stamp on the eyelids or just under the eyes5. It says to avoid acids, retinoids, vitamin C and peels for two to three days around treatment, and direct sun for 24 to 48 hours5. Qure says not to use its kit when pregnant or nursing, or on irritated or sunburned skin2. Ask a dermatologist first if you have a skin condition.

Verdict

Qure prints a full count, so you can price it: $28.17 a treatment, or $33.80 per head. It deducts a return fee. ReGlow lets you try one treatment for $49 and uses shorter needles, but it does not print plan counts and refunds only unused items. Neither kit has an FDA device record. Choose on whether a known price per treatment or a cheap first try matters more to you.

Frequently asked questions

Is Qure really effective?

Qure says an independent user study found that 70% of participants said their fine lines looked smoother and 93% noticed results the day after their first treatment. Those are self-reported answers. The product page prints no study ID, and we found no published paper. Treat the figures as brand claims, not proof, and ask a dermatologist about your skin.

How much is Qure micro-needling?

On 24 Oct 2026 Qure's 3-month Micro-Infusion bundle for wrinkles cost $169, down from a compare-at price of $357. It is sold as 6 treatments, one every 2 weeks, which works out at $28.17 a treatment. The box lists 5 needle heads, so it is $33.80 per head. Single treatments cost $30.

Is Qure Skincare FDA approved?

The FDA does not approve devices like this; it clears or grants them. Qure's FDA 510(k) record, K230042, is for its LED mask. We found no FDA record for its micro-infusion kit when we searched openFDA on 24 Oct 2026, and the product page makes no FDA claim. A name search only finds records filed under that name.

What is better, Qure or Seranova microneedling?

Neither is better for everyone. Both say to treat every 2 weeks. Qure costs less over 6 months, while Seranova costs less to start and lists a head for every session. Qure deducts a return fee; Seranova takes standard returns only when sealed. Our Qure vs Seranova page compares cost, kit, serums and terms row by row.

Does ReGlow use real exosomes?

ReGlow's page says "Plant Stem Cells + Exosome Science". Its ingredient section names a "plant derived vesicle complex" and a plant stem cell extract. So the wording points to plant-derived material, not human exosomes. The page prints no full ingredient list we could check. Our exosomes vs PDRN explainer covers what these terms mean.
