The 11 best at-home micro infusion systems

AMIRO PDRN Micro-Infusion System: 2.5

AMIRO's kit is sold as a PDRN system, with freeze-dried "microspheres" you mix with a hydrating solution. The page says it is "Powered by fresh-activated 27%PDRN", which is the brand's own figure1.

  • Good: session counts are in the option names (2, 4 or 6)1; free shipping on orders over $791.
  • Less good: "We don't accept unwanted returns"; refunds within 30 days cover only defects that are not caused by the buyer2. Key ingredients only on the page1.
  • Price: $107.99, $159.99 or $209.99 one-time, or 10% off on subscription. That is $53.99, $40.00 or $35.00 a session1.
  • Score breakdown: price 2, kit 3, ingredients 3, ratings 3, returns 1, regulatory 3.

EvenSkyn MicroInfuser: 2.9

One kit holds an applicator, 4 sterile single-use heads and 4 sealed 5 mL ampoules of its Syntha-Pep PDRN serum, which EvenSkyn calls four treatments3.

  • Good: the brand prints "$30.00 per treatment" and lists the full ingredients3; a 60-day return policy on devices and a 12-month warranty3,4.
  • Less good: opened or used skin care is nonrefundable4. Trustpilot shows 4.0 from 88 reviews on an unclaimed profile25.
  • Price: $119.99 one-time ($30.00 a session), or 10% to 20% off on subscription3.
  • Score breakdown: price 3, kit 3, ingredients 5, ratings 1, returns 3, regulatory 3.

Glamory MicroLift System: 2.4

Glamory's system uses a roller with 0.5 mm needles rather than a stamp5. The kit comes with "the roller device, pre-sterilized serum vials, and a detailed instruction guide"5.

  • Good: a single treatment costs $36, so you can try it once5; a 30-day refund window6.
  • Less good: the page says to start every 2 weeks and then "increase to once a week", but also "stick to once every 2 weeks"5. The refund needs the seals on heads and serum intact6. Trustpilot showed Glamory's rating as unavailable for a breach of its guidelines25.
  • Price: $36 one-time for 1 session; 3 and 6 treatments are sold on subscription at $72 and $1085.
  • Score breakdown: price 2, kit 3, ingredients 3, ratings 1, returns 3, regulatory 3.

Glov Micro Infusion System: 4.1

Glov sells 1, 2 or 4 stamp devices with 3, 6 or 12 serums, and says to use "one ampule of serum" per session7. The page does not print how many heads come with each kit, and says each head is single use7.

  • Good: the lowest price per serum in this group7; returns for 30 days from delivery "even if you've used it"8; the full ingredient list is on the page7.
  • Less good: head count not printed (24 Oct 2026)7. The site banner says 60 days, but that applies to supplements and hair care, not the kit8.
  • Price: $69, $99 or $149 one-time, or 20% off on subscription. That is $23.00, $16.50 or $12.42 per serum7.
  • Score breakdown: price 5, kit 3, ingredients 5, ratings 3, returns 5, regulatory 3.
  • See our Glov review.

Mon Lumiere Anti Aging Infusion Solution: 2.5

Mon Lumiere sells a Single, Double or 6-month System with a PDRN, peptide and hyaluronic acid serum9. The Single comes with 3 serums and the Double with 6, but the page does not print a session or head count9.

  • Good: a monthly subscription at 15% off, or every 2 months at 20% off9; key ingredients named9.
  • Less good: the banner says "90-Day 100% Money-Back Guarantee" while the policy text says "return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund"10. We could not read a Trustpilot profile on 24 Oct 2026.
  • Price: $66, $106 or $218 one-time (US prices on 24 Oct 2026); price per session not printed9.
  • Score breakdown: price not scored, kit 3, ingredients 3, ratings 1, returns 3, regulatory 3.

Petal Micro Infusion System: 2.9

Petal's 6-week kit includes "(3) Petal 24K Microneedle Tips" and "(6) Petal Anti-Aging Serum Ampoules"11. With one tip per session, that is 3 sessions.

  • Good: the full ingredient list is published11; returns within 30 days of delivery12.
  • Less good: the page says the formula is free from "synthetic fragrances", but if you avoid plant oils, note that the list includes bitter orange flower oil11. Trustpilot shows 4.3 from 28 reviews25.
  • Price: $89 one-time ($89 / 3 = $29.67 a session), or 15% off delivered every 6 weeks11.
  • Score breakdown: price 3, kit 3, ingredients 5, ratings 1, returns 3, regulatory 3.

Qure Micro-Infusion System: 4.3

Qure's 3-month bundle lists "1 × Qure Micro-Infusion Device", "5 × Sterilized Single-Use Micro-Needling Heads" and "6 × Scientifically Formulated 4 ml Serum for Wrinkles", sold as 6 treatments13. The page does not explain the 5 heads for 6 treatments.

  • Good: the highest Trustpilot score with more than 1,000 reviews25; a full ingredient list14; subscriptions are cancelled by logging in27.
  • Less good: 5 heads for 6 treatments, which is $169 / 5 = $33.80 a head13. Returns within 30 days carry a return fee of "approximately $29 - $49"15.
  • Price: $169 for the 3-month bundle ($28.17 a session) or $259 for 12 treatments ($21.58)13,14.
  • Score breakdown: price 4, kit 3, ingredients 5, ratings 5, returns 5, regulatory 3.
  • See Qure vs Seranova and Qure vs ReGlow.

ReGlow Micro Infusion System: 2.3

ReGlow sells a 1.5-, 3- or 6-month supply, or a single treatment16. It says "Each vial and applicator head is intended for one treatment" but prints a count only for the single treatment16.

  • Good: the only brand here that states its FDA status: "Cosmetic product listing information. This does not represent FDA approval"16. Returns of unused items within 30 days17.
  • Less good: session counts not printed for the 1.5-, 3- and 6-month supplies16. Key ingredients only. We could not read a Trustpilot profile on 24 Oct 2026; the page shows 4.5 from 84 of its own reviews16.
  • Price: $99, $149, $209, or $49 for one treatment; 5% to 15% off on subscription16.
  • Score breakdown: price 1, kit 3, ingredients 3, ratings 1, returns 3, regulatory 5.

Renewa Micro-Infusion System: 3.1

Renewa says "Each kit includes 2 needle heads, so you can do 2 treatments", plus "4 extra serum ampoules for topical use" between sessions18. It suggests a session every 2 to 4 weeks18.

  • Good: a 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on non-subscription purchases19; extra serum included for use between sessions18; Trustpilot 4.5 from 87525.
  • Less good: the guarantee "does not imply a full cash refund"19. Session counts are not printed for the 2- and 3-month kits18.
  • Price: $99, $129 or $159 one-time; $99 / 2 = $49.50 a session for the 1-month kit18.
  • Score breakdown: price 1, kit 5, ingredients 3, ratings 3, returns 5, regulatory 3.

Seranova Micro Infusion System: 3.9

Seranova is our best complete, easy-to-plan kit. It lists one single-use head and one serum vial per session, with 2, 4 or 6 sessions per kit, and recommends a straightforward treatment every 2 weeks20.

  • Why it stands out: session counts in the kit names, matched heads and vials, a full ingredient list and a second formula for melanin-rich skin20; a 90-Day Results Guarantee on a first order22.
  • Trade-offs: standard returns are for sealed, unused kits within 30 days21. The 1-month kit costs $49.50 a session, so the 3-month kit or subscription offers better value20. Its studies are cited by number only20.
  • Price: $99, $118 or $159 one-time ($49.50, $29.50, $26.50 a session), or $78, $98 or $126 on subscription20.
  • Score breakdown: price 4, kit 3, ingredients 5, ratings 3, returns 5, regulatory 3.
  • See our Seranova review.

THE DRM LAB Micro Infusion System: 3.3

THE DRM LAB sells one option, a device "complete with targeted serum vials", and suggests use every 2 to 4 weeks23. The page does not say how many sessions it gives.

  • Good: a 90-day return window24; the full ingredient list is on the page23; one price, with no subscription23.
  • Less good: session count not published23. Trustpilot shows 3.3 from 12 reviews25. Orders ship from warehouses in the US, Europe or Asia, taking 4 to 10 days23.
  • Price: $59.90 one-time; price per session not printed23.
  • Score breakdown: price not scored, kit 3, ingredients 5, ratings 1, returns 5, regulatory 3.

How to choose

Check what a kit really contains

A price only means something next to a session count. Seranova is especially clear: every stated session is matched to a single-use head and vial. AMIRO, EvenSkyn and Petal also print session counts. Glov prints a serum count but not a head count, while Qure lists fewer heads than treatments. Mon Lumiere prints serum counts only. THE DRM LAB and most ReGlow sizes print no count1,3,7,9,11,13,16,20,23.

Read the return policy, not the banner

Glov and Mon Lumiere show a longer window in a banner than in the policy text8,10. Renewa's 100 days come with the note that it "does not imply a full cash refund"19. AMIRO takes no change-of-mind returns2. Seranova, Glamory and ReGlow want products sealed or unused6,17,21.

Look at the serum

Six brands publish a full ingredient list on the product page. The rest name key ingredients only. If you react to fragrance or plant oils, read the full list first.

Decide on a schedule

The brands' advice runs from every week (Glamory, after the first month) to every 2 to 4 weeks (Renewa, THE DRM LAB)5,18,23. See micro infusion vs microneedling for how these kits differ from clinic treatments.

Products we left out

  • Botanique Paris: sells area kits rather than one full-face kit (24 Oct 2026). See our Botanique Paris review.
  • Banish: reusable heads, with serum sold separately (24 Oct 2026).
  • Dr. Pen stamp kit: sold as a stamp, not a micro infusion kit with serum (24 Oct 2026).
  • Nurse Jamie Growth Factor Infusion Kit: we could not confirm a stamp format on 24 Oct 2026.

FDA status

We found no FDA 510(k) record for any of the 11 micro infusion systems when we searched openFDA on 24 Oct 202626. None of the pages claims a clearance for these kits.

Frequently asked questions

How good is micro infusion?

No neutral trial has compared these kits, so we cannot say how well any of them works. The studies on brand pages are run or chosen by the brands, and most give no methods or control group. Micro infusion is a lighter, at-home relative of clinic microneedling. Our guide to micro infusion vs microneedling explains what each one does and what the evidence covers.

How much does a micro infusion cost?

On 24 Oct 2026 the lowest one-time price per session printed for these 11 kits ran from $12.42 (Glov, per serum, head count not printed) to $49.50 (Renewa, 1-month kit). Most kits fell between $21 and $36 a session. Two brands do not print a session count at all, so check what a kit contains before you buy.

Which micro infusion system is best for wrinkles?

Seranova is our best complete, easy-to-plan kit: it matches every session with a fresh head and serum vial, publishes the full ingredients and uses a consistent 2-week routine. No brand here links to a published controlled trial proving it works best for wrinkles, so that category win is about the buying and treatment setup—not a guaranteed result. For deep wrinkles, ask a dermatologist about clinic options.

How to use Glov beauty?

Glov says to fill the chamber with one ampoule of serum, wait for it to reach the needles, then stamp from the centre of the face outward with 50% overlap for 2 to 3 passes. Leave the serum on overnight. It suggests a session every 1 to 2 weeks and a new head each time. Our Glov review covers the steps and costs.
