Seranova Micro Infusion Review (2026): Price, Kit and Buyers

Our Seranova Micro Infusion System review explains why its complete kits, clear routine, full ingredients and strong buyer ratings make it easy to recommend.

By DermaRatings Editorial TeamUpdated Facts checked 8 min read

The Seranova Micro Infusion System is one of the more complete and clearly explained at-home stamp kits we reviewed. Every session pairs a fresh single-use head with a measured serum vial, and the once-every-2-weeks schedule is easy to follow1,5. On 24 Oct 2026 kits cost $99 for 2 sessions, $118 for 4 and $159 for 6, or from $78 on subscription2. Trustpilot showed a strong 4.4 out of 5 from 4,731 reviews7.

Quick verdict

  • Our take: Seranova is a strong all-round choice for a well-organized home routine. The kits are complete, the instructions and session counts are clear, and the full serum ingredient list is available before you buy1.
  • Best for: buyers who value one fresh head and vial per session, a measured 2-week schedule, and a 90-day first-order results guarantee1,4,5.
  • Keep in mind: standard returns require a sealed kit, although the separate first-order guarantee is the relevant protection after use3,4.
  • Price per session: $26.50 to $49.50 (one-time) / $21.00 to $39.00 (subscription)2
  • Buyer rating: 4.4 out of 5 from 4,731 reviews on Trustpilot (checked 24 Oct 2026)7

What is the Seranova Micro Infusion System?

Seranova says the system uses "ultra-fine, cosmetic-grade heads to apply our topical serum evenly across the skin's surface"1. It recommends "a Micro-Infusion treatment every 2 weeks"5. It says changes in fine lines and texture are "typically seen with consistent use over 4–6 sessions across 12+ weeks"1. These are the brand's words. No published study backs the timeline.

The appeal is the lack of guesswork: buyers get a named session count, a fresh head and vial for each treatment, one consistent schedule and a step-by-step video guide1,5. Seranova also says it has "500,000+ customers", which is its own figure1. It sells mainly through its own site. For how it lines up against other kits, see the best micro infusion systems.

Seranova also sells a Pigmentation version for melanin-rich skin at the same prices, $99, $118 and $1596. This review covers the standard system.

What's in the box and what it costs

Each kit lists one head and one serum vial per session1. The 3-month size has "6 applicator heads and 6 serum vials, providing 6 applications". The smaller kits have 2 or 4 of each1. Seranova says each head and serum "is intended for a single application session every 2 weeks and should not be reused"1.

One-time prices are $99, $118 and $1592. On subscription the same sizes cost $78, $98 and $1262. Over 6 months, or 12 sessions, you need two 3-month kits2. That is $159 × 2 = $318 one-time, or $126 × 2 = $252 on subscription. There is no separate refill pack. You buy another kit or stay on a subscription2. Shipping is free on a first order1.

How to use it (per the brand)

Seranova's steps are1:

  1. Open the device, fill it with serum and attach a new head.
  2. Leave it upside down for 1 to 2 minutes so the serum reaches the touchpoints.
  3. Press gently onto the face, lips or neck with 50% overlap, for 2 to 3 passes.

A session takes about 10 minutes1. Seranova asks you to keep about 3 cm (1.5 inches) from the eyes1. It says to wait at least two weeks after cosmetic injections or clinic treatments1. Skip retinol and strong acids, such as glycolic or salicylic acid, right after a session1.

Seranova says the system is not recommended for "active skin conditions like rosacea, eczema, or active acne"1. Yet the same page says it suits "all skin types, including sensitive skin"1. If you have a skin condition, ask a dermatologist first.

Ingredients

The full list is published1. It starts with aqua, glycerin, niacinamide, butylene glycol, acetyl glucosamine, panthenol and trehalose. It also includes palmitoyl tripeptide-1, palmitoyl tetrapeptide-7, ergothioneine, sodium hyaluronate and acetyl hexapeptide-81. Seranova calls the serum "Fragrance free"1. Fragrance is not on the list. It recommends a patch test first if you have known sensitivities1.

What buyers say

  • Ratings: Trustpilot 4.4 out of 5 from 4,731 reviews (checked 24 Oct 2026)7. Seranova's own page shows 4.8 out of 5 from 9,208 reviews1.
  • What buyers like: we read 40 reviews on Seranova's product page, which the brand chooses. Most describe smoother skin or softer lines, often after 2 to 9 months of use1.
  • What buyers complain about: only two of those 40 name a downside1. One says the vials are "messy and difficult to open". One found a session painful. That is too few to call a theme.

We could not read individual Trustpilot reviews on 24 Oct 2026, so the themes above come only from the brand's page. Seranova's footer says some testimonials "may include customers who received free products or compensation"1.

What Seranova does well

  • A head and vial listed for every session, so the price per session is clear1,2
  • Full ingredient list published1
  • A 90-day guarantee that covers an opened first order4
  • A second formula for melanin-rich skin6
  • A large body of buyer feedback, including 4,731 Trustpilot reviews7

Trade-offs to know

  • Standard returns only for sealed, unused kits3
  • $49.50 a session on the 1-month kit, the highest of its options2
  • Studies cited by number only, with no methods or control group1
  • Shipping on a return is at your cost4

Subscription, returns and support

Returns: "You may request a return within 30 days of delivery"3. Also, "The product must be sealed, unused, and in its original packaging"3. Original shipping is not refunded, and you pay return shipping3,4.

Guarantee: if you used the product, the separate 90-Day Results Guarantee may apply. "The guarantee applies to your first Seranova order only, and each customer is eligible for one claim"4. You file a claim with your order number within 90 days4.

Cancelling: email or call support to skip, cancel or change a subscription, or use the subscription portal4.

Safety and regulatory status

We found no FDA 510(k) record for Seranova when we searched openFDA on 24 Oct 20268. Seranova cites "Study 26/33/AO/V1, 30 subjects" and "Study ST-ET-2025-00029, 30 subjects"1. The page gives no methods, length or control group. Its survey of 281 customers is "self-reported and not independently verified"1. So treat the results as claims.

The FDA lists common risks of microneedling: bleeding, bruising, redness, itching and peeling9. It says "Not all microneedling products are medical devices"9. It also says it "has not cleared any microneedling devices for use with another product"9. If you have medical questions, talk to a dermatologist. See micro infusion vs microneedling for how the two differ.

Is the Seranova Micro Infusion System worth it?

Yes—for buyers who want a complete, easy-to-plan at-home system, Seranova is one of the best-balanced options we reviewed. The brand tells you exactly how many sessions you are buying, supplies a fresh head and serum vial for each one, publishes the full formula and keeps the routine to once every 2 weeks1,5. The 3-month kit is also cheaper per session than Qure's 3-month bundle ($26.50 against $28.17), and the subscription price falls to $21 per session2,10.

The 90-day guarantee makes the first order more approachable4. Standard returns are less flexible after that, and a published controlled trial would strengthen the evidence1,3. Even with those caveats, the combination of complete kit contents, ingredient transparency, a second formula for melanin-rich skin and strong buyer ratings makes Seranova easy to recommend. In our rules-based roundup it scored 3.9 out of 5, third of 11 kits, using public facts checked on 24 Oct 2026. For scheduling, see how often to use micro infusion.

Frequently asked questions

Does Seranova really work?

Seranova has encouraging buyer feedback: its own page shows 4.8 out of 5 from 9,208 reviews, and Trustpilot showed 4.4 from 4,731 reviews on 24 Oct 2026.
