Renewa Skin Micro-Infusion Review (2026): Price, Kit and Buyers

Renewa Skin review: $99 to $159 kits, 2 heads per kit, a 0.3 mm stamp every 2 to 4 weeks, a 100-day guarantee with partial refunds, and buyer ratings.

By DermaRatings Editorial TeamUpdated Facts checked 9 min read

The Renewa Micro-Infusion System is a serum-filled stamp for at-home facial care, sold on tryrenewa.com1. Each kit has 2 single-use needle heads and serum ampoules1. On 24 Oct 2026 kits cost $99, $129 or $159 one-time2. The refund policy calls its 100-day guarantee one that "does not imply a full cash refund"3. For the wider field, see our best micro infusion systems roundup.

Quick verdict

  • Suits you if: you want a stamp only every 2 to 4 weeks1; you want extra serum for the days between sessions1; you want a 0.3 mm stamp, the length the brand states1.
  • Look elsewhere if: you want a full cash refund if it does not suit you3; you want a full ingredient list1; you want many reviews of this exact kit1.
  • Price per session: $49.50 on the 1-month kit, from the brand's count1,2
  • Buyer rating: Trustpilot 4.5 out of 5 from 875 reviews, whole store (checked 24 Oct 2026)4

Notes. USD prices checked 24 Oct 20262. Kit, schedule, needle and own-site count1; returns3; Trustpilot4; FDA5. Sums: $99 / 2 = $49.50 a session. If each system in the larger kits also has 2 heads, $129 / 4 = $32.25 and $159 / 6 = $26.50. Renewa does not print a head count for those two kits.

What is the Renewa Micro-Infusion System?

It is a stamp with a small serum chamber above a needle head1. You fill the chamber, let serum soak the head, then press it onto the skin1. Renewa says the "gold-plated needles penetrate precisely 0.3mm deep" and that each needle is hollow1. Those are the brand's words.

Renewa calls it "non-invasive cosmetic facial care"1. It says "It is not a medical device" and is not meant to treat any condition1. For how this kind of kit differs from clinic needling, see micro infusion vs microneedling.

Not the same product This review covers the Renewa Micro-Infusion System on tryrenewa.com. Renewa EyeLift and RenewaLift are different devices. Trustpilot's renewa.com profile is a separate page from tryrenewa.com. We do not merge their reviews or scores.

What's in the box and what it costs

Renewa says "Each kit includes 2 needle heads, so you can do 2 treatments (spaced out every 2 to 4 weeks)"1. It adds that "The kit includes 4 extra serum ampoules for topical use in between treatments"1. More heads are sold on the site1.

One-time prices on 24 Oct 2026 were2:

  • 1 month: $99 (compare-at $189), named "Renewa Micro-Infusion Systems".
  • 2 months: $129 (compare-at $378), named "2 Renewa Micro-Infusion Systems".
  • 3 months: $159 (compare-at $567), named "3 Renewa Micro Infusion Systems".

The page ran a "Halloween sale" banner that day1. It also showed a "Subscribe & save" option, but no subscription price appeared in the store data1,2. Subscription orders are not covered by the guarantee3.

How to use it (per the brand)

Renewa's steps are1:

  1. Clean your face.
  2. "Twist open the device chamber and fill with one serum ampoule." Close the lid tightly.
  3. Hold the device upside down for 1 to 2 minutes so serum soaks the head.
  4. Stamp across the face, avoiding the eyelids and the area inside the orbital bone.
  5. Throw away the head after use.

Schedule: "once every 2-4 weeks"1. Renewa suggests the evening and says to skip makeup and sun for 24 hours1. Avoid retinol and active exfoliants for 48 hours, and apply SPF1. It says redness "typically fades within 1 to 2 hours"1. For a wider look at spacing, see how often to do micro infusion.

Ingredients

The page lists the serum's key ingredients, introduced with "including"1. They are water, sodium hyaluronate, sodium chloride, hydrolyzed collagen, oligopeptide-1, acetyl hexapeptide-8, carnosine, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, acetyl octapeptide-3 and soluble collagen1. We found no full list on the product page. If you have allergies, ask Renewa for the full label before you buy.

What buyers say

  • Trustpilot: 4.5 out of 5 from 875 reviews for tryrenewa.com (checked 24 Oct 2026)4. That score covers the whole store, not just this kit. The widget on Renewa's own page showed "Based on 806 reviews" the same day, so the two counts differ1.
  • Own site: the kit listing showed "1 review"1. One review tells you very little.
  • Amazon: the kit listing B0GHPKHNS1 returned "page not found" on 24 Oct 2026, so we do not quote it7.
  • Themes: we could not read 10 or more kit-specific reviews, so we do not list themes.

How it scores

We use the same scoring table as our best micro infusion systems roundup, and the scores match the roundup.

Price per session25%1$49.50 on the 1-month kit, more than 50% above the $30.00 median

Total: 3.1 out of 5. Sum: 0.25 x 1 + 0.15 x 5 + 0.15 x 3 + 0.20 x 3 + 0.15 x 5 + 0.10 x 3 = 3.10. We scored the $49.50 figure because it is the only kit with a printed head count. At $26.50 the price score would be 4 and the total 3.9 (3.85, rounded half up). The returns score reflects the window, not the size of the refund.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Extra serum ampoules for use between sessions1
  • A long gap between sessions, every 2 to 4 weeks1
  • Clear do-not-use list and aftercare steps1
  • 100-day window to ask for a return3

Cons

  • The guarantee "does not imply a full cash refund"3
  • Tool refunds are 50% in the policy but 75% on the product page1,3
  • Serums cannot be returned, and you pay return shipping3
  • Key ingredients only, no full list1
  • Only one review on the kit's own listing1

Subscription, returns and support

Subscription. The page offers "Subscribe & save" but shows no price for it1,2. The policy says "Subscription purchases are not eligible for the 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee"3.

Returns. The policy offers a "100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on eligible, non-subscription purchases"3. It says this "does not imply a full cash refund"3. For a beauty tool, "you may receive 50% of the original purchase price"3. The product page says "Return an eligible tool within 100 days for a 75% refund once inspected"1. The two do not match, so get the figure in writing before you return.

Serums, creams and other consumables "are non-returnable"3. You must contact Renewa and get "return authorization" before you ship3. You pay return shipping unless the item is faulty3. Tools must be in "good working condition" with all parts3. Orders can be canceled within 59 minutes for a full refund3. A paid lifetime warranty for beauty tools is also offered3.

Support. Renewa lists info@tryrenewa.com3.

Safety and regulatory status

Renewa says the kit "is not a medical device"1. Its statements "have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration"1. We found no FDA 510(k) record for Renewa when we searched openFDA on 24 Oct 20265. The FDA says it "has not authorized any microneedling medical devices for over-the-counter sale"6.

Renewa says do not use the kit if you1:

  • are pregnant or nursing, or under 18
  • have a pacemaker or a bleeding disorder
  • have a nickel, gold or metal allergy
  • have active skin cancer or a changing mole
  • have active breakouts, wounds or broken skin

Ask a doctor first if you have a history of cancer, a thyroid condition, eczema or rosacea, diabetes or an autoimmune condition1. The same applies if you take blood thinners or drugs that make skin sensitive to light1. "Never share or reuse a needle head"1.

Is the Renewa Micro-Infusion System worth it?

It suits you if you want a stamp only every 2 to 4 weeks and like having spare serum between sessions1. The 1-month kit is costly per session, and the larger kits do not print a head count1,2. The refund terms are the main risk. The policy pays back half the tool price and nothing for serums3. Read the policy, not the banner, before you order.

Frequently asked questions

Does Renewa Skin really work?

Renewa publishes no trial of its own kit, so we cannot say it works. Its claims about collagen are the brand's words. Research on microneedling mostly covers clinic pens with longer needles, often used with other treatments. Renewa also says the kit "is not a medical device" and that its statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.

How do you use Renewa Skin?

Renewa says to clean your face, then twist open the chamber and fill it with one serum ampoule. Hold the device upside down for 1 to 2 minutes so serum soaks the head. Stamp across the face, then throw the head away. Use it once every 2 to 4 weeks, skip retinol and acids for 48 hours and wear SPF.

Can I get my money back from Renewa?

Only in part. The refund policy offers a 100-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on eligible, non-subscription orders, but says it "does not imply a full cash refund". Beauty tools can be refunded at 50% of the price, while the product page says 75%. Serums cannot be returned. You need return approval first and you pay return shipping.

Is Renewa the same as Renewa EyeLift?

No. This page covers the Renewa Micro-Infusion System sold on tryrenewa.com. Renewa EyeLift and RenewaLift are different devices, and we do not review them here. Trustpilot also has a separate profile for www.renewa.com. Its reviews are not about this kit, so do not mix the two scores when you check ratings.

What do Renewa Skin complaints say?

We could not read enough kit-specific reviews to list complaint themes. The public record shows two points to check before you buy. The guarantee pays back only part of the price for tools, and serums cannot be returned. The product page also showed only one review for this kit, so there is little to go on.
