The AMIRO PDRN Micro-Infusion System is a stamp kit with 0.5 mm single-use tips and a PDRN serum you mix before each session1. On 24 Oct 2026 it cost $107.99 to $209.99, or $35.00 to $53.99 per session1. The biggest risk is the refund policy, which takes no change-of-mind returns2.
Quick verdict
- Suits you if: you want a PDRN serum in a stamp kit1; you like session counts printed in the option name1; you are fine with twice-a-month use1.
- Look elsewhere if: you want a full refund if you change your mind2; you want one clear PDRN figure1,3; you want a named, published study1.

What is the AMIRO PDRN Micro-Infusion System?
AMIRO says the kit "creates micro-channels to help deliver skincare ingredients more effectively"1. Instead of a ready serum, each session uses a vial of freeze-dried "Lyophilized Microspheres" that you mix with a "Hydrating Solution"1. AMIRO says this "locks in 100% of the active nutrients"1. That is the brand's claim, and we could not check it.
AMIRO also sells RF, microcurrent and LED devices. Their ratings and reviews do not belong to this kit. On Amazon, a search for this kit also turns up an AMIRO red light microcurrent device, which is a different product.
The page says the kit is "Recommended by Dr. Charles S. Lee, Board Certified Dermatologist"1. It also cites a user self-assessment after 60 days, with 93% saying lines looked smoother, 91% brighter and 96% firmer1. It gives no sample size. These are brand claims.
What's in the box and what it costs
The 1-month kit holds 2 microsphere vials, 2 hydrating solutions, 2 micro-infusion tools and a manual1. The 2 and 3-month kits scale this to 4 and 6 sessions, as the option names say1. "Each microneedles vial is designed for one session only"1.
| Supply | Sessions | Price | Per session | Subscription per session |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 month | 2 | $107.99 | $53.99 | $48.60 |
| 2 months | 4 | $159.99 | $40.00 | $36.00 |
| 3 months | 6 | $209.99 | $35.00 | $31.50 |
Notes. Prices on 24 Oct 20261. Sums as in the table above. Free shipping applies over $791.
On the same day, the page also offered free PDRN serum samples, "Only 200 units"1. Offers like this change often, so do not count on them.
How to use it (per the brand)
AMIRO lists 5 steps1:
- Remove the caps from both bottles.
- Pour the hydrating solution into the microsphere bottle.
- Attach the needle head and shake to mix.
- Press it on the back of your hand first.
- Press it over your face.
AMIRO suggests use "twice a month", with each session taking "about 5 minutes"1. It says the glow "lasts for about 7–14 days after a single session" and suggests "a course of 4–6 treatments"1. Those are brand claims.
Aftercare, per AMIRO: no water on the face for 8 hours, no makeup for 24 hours, daily sunscreen, and no retinol or AHAs "for at least 3 days"1.
Ingredients and the PDRN figure
AMIRO now prints a full list for both vials1. The microspheres list Sodium DNA (PDRN), fibroin, theanine, sodium hyaluronate, yeast beta-glucan, acetyl hexapeptide-8, a dipeptide, agarose and an arginine/lysine polypeptide1. The hydrating solution lists water, tranexamic acid, more sodium DNA and trehalose, among others1.
The key ingredient panel says "27% PDRN", "27% Silk Fibroin", "3% Acetyl Hexapeptide-8" and "2% Tranexamic Acid"1.
A separate AMIRO page for its PDRN Firm Radiance Boosting Serum, sold as a "90-Day Refill Value Set" for $179.99, says "0.355% Salmon PDRN (known as Sodium DNA)"3. That page also claims "PDRN concentration is 2x more than salon solution"3. AMIRO does not say whether the two products share a formula. The gap between 27% and 0.355% is large, so ask AMIRO what each figure measures. See PDRN serum percentage for why brands' numbers differ.
What buyers say
- Ratings: Trustpilot 4 out of 5 from 108 reviews (checked 24 Oct 2026)4. That profile covers the whole AMIRO store, including its other devices. The kit page shows a review widget "Based on 10 reviews"1. It is not clear which product that count covers.
- Themes: we could not read individual Trustpilot reviews on 24 Oct 2026, so we list no themes. Before you order, search recent reviews for "refund" and "return".

Cons
- No refunds for unwanted items; refunds cover only defects within 30 days2

- Two PDRN figures, 27% and 0.355%, on two AMIRO pages1,3

Subscription, returns and support
Returns. The written policy says: "We don't accept unwanted returns. Please consider carefully before purchasing"2. If an item arrives defective through no fault of yours, you can get "a full refund or replacement" within 30 days of delivery2. After that, within the warranty, the policy offers replacement2.
The badge conflict. The product page shows "90 Day Money Back Guarantee | Pause or cancel anytime" and "1 Year Warranty"1. The warranty section of the policy lists "Makeup mirror/IPL hair removal/RF facial device" and does not name this kit2. We could not find written terms for the 90-day badge. Get the terms in writing before you rely on it.
Cancelling an order. You can cancel by live chat or email, but not once the order has shipped2. Subscriptions take 10% off1.
Safety and regulatory status
We found no FDA 510(k) record for AMIRO when we searched openFDA on 24 Oct 20265. The kit page does not claim FDA clearance1.
The FDA lists dryness, tightness, redness, itching, peeling, bruising and bleeding as common risks of microneedling6. It says microneedling devices "are not approved for delivery of cosmetics" into the skin6. It also warns against microneedling during a cold sore outbreak, within 6 months of isotretinoin, or when pregnant or breastfeeding6.
On the evidence, a 2025 review of 21 studies found high patient satisfaction and low side effects for microneedling in general, but noted "the lack of standardized measures"7. A 2026 review rated home microneedling devices as backed by "low-quality evidence (Level D)" and linked them to infections8. Neither tested AMIRO. If you have a skin condition, see a dermatologist first. For the basics, read what is micro infusion.

Is the AMIRO PDRN Micro-Infusion System worth it?
It suits you if you want a PDRN serum, a fresh mix each session and printed session counts1. It suits you less if you want to return it after trying it, or want one clear PDRN figure1,2,3. In our roundup it scored 2.5 out of 5, eighth of 11 kits: price 2, kit 3, ingredients 3, ratings 3, returns 1, regulatory 3. Scores come from public information checked on 24 Oct 2026. Frequently asked questions
Does micro-infusion really work on your face?
Research covers microneedling in general, not any one kit. A 2025 review of 21 studies and 723 patients found 83% were satisfied and side effects were low. But the authors said outcome measures are not standard. A 2026 review rated the evidence for home microneedling devices as low quality. No study we found tests the AMIRO kit itself.
What is the highest rated micro infusion system?
In our scored list of 11 kits, Qure scored highest at 4.3 out of 5 on public facts checked 24 Oct 2026. Qure also had 4.5 out of 5 from 1,654 Trustpilot reviews. AMIRO scored 2.5, and its store had 4 out of 5 from 108 Trustpilot reviews. Store ratings cover all of a brand's products, not one kit.
Can I get a refund on AMIRO?
Only in narrow cases, going by the written policy. It says: "We don't accept unwanted returns. Please consider carefully before purchasing." If the item arrives with a defect you did not cause, you can get a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery. The product page also shows a "90 Day Money Back Guarantee" badge. Ask AMIRO in writing which one applies before you buy.
How much PDRN is in AMIRO?
AMIRO's pages give two numbers. The kit page says "27% PDRN". A separate AMIRO PDRN serum page says "0.355% Salmon PDRN (known as Sodium DNA)". The pages do not say whether the two use the same formula. We report both and pick neither. Our PDRN serum percentage guide explains why these numbers are hard to compare.
