What is the SOREN Hair Regrowth System?

It is a scalp micro-infusion stamp that you fill with serum1. SOREN says the "entire treatment takes about 5 minutes, weekly"1. The page aims its copy mostly at men with thinning hair1. For how this method differs from clinic needling, see micro infusion vs microneedling.

SOREN's claims, in its own words

  • "Blocks DHT like Finasteride and boosts blood flow like Minoxidil. Two prescription-grade effects, zero prescriptions."
  • "Increased hair count by 78% in clinical studies."
  • "Grew the same amount of hair as Minoxidil in clinical trials."
  • "Your scalp blocks 95% of what you put on it."
  • "many users find they no longer need minoxidil"

No study is linked next to these lines1. The page also says "These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA"1. Treat all of them as brand claims.

What's in the box and what it costs

SOREN says "The 1-month supply includes 1 infusion systems and 4 serum vials"1. The 2-month kit has 2 systems and 8 vials, and the 3-month kit has 3 and 121. One-time prices on 24 Oct 2026 were $69.95, $103.95 and $123.951. The page also shows "$27.50/treatment" struck through1. Shipping is free on all orders1.

Prices did not match across sources. The store data listed a 1-month option at $58.462. Amazon listed a 3-month kit at $79.99, sold by Soren Hair4. Check the price at checkout.

Subscription. Plans renew every 30, 60 or 90 days at $49.95, $79.95 or $99.951. They run until you cancel1.

How to use it (per the brand)

SOREN's page gives these points1:

  1. "Twist open the system and fill it with serum."
  2. Stamp across the scalp, about 5 minutes in all.
  3. Use it once a week.
  4. Avoid washing your hair for 24 hours.
  5. If you use minoxidil, apply it at least 24 hours after a SOREN session.

On the needle head, the page says "Each needle head is intended for a single user for up to four weekly treatments before it must be discarded"1. You "must sanitize the head with 70% isopropyl alcohol after every use"1. The Amazon listing describes the heads as single use4. The two do not match, so follow the leaflet in your box. Use only SOREN's serum, as the brand says others "may reduce effectiveness or cause irritation"1. For spacing in general, see how often to do micro infusion.

Ingredients

SOREN lists "four categories of active ingredients"1:

  • "DHT Blockers": saw palmetto, rosemary extract, caffeine.
  • "Stem Cell Activators": copper tripeptide-1, acetyl tetrapeptide-3.
  • "Follicle Stimulators": procyanidin B2.
  • "Scalp Nourishers": niacinamide, panthenol.

The group names are SOREN's labels. We found no full ingredient list on the page1. If you have allergies, ask for the full label first.

What buyers say

  • Own site: "4.9 | 1,536 Reviews" (checked 24 Oct 2026)1. SOREN runs that widget.
  • Amazon: 3.8 out of 5 from 318 ratings (checked 24 Oct 2026)4. 55% were five stars and 19% were one star4.
  • Amazon's summary themes: effectiveness came up in 95 mentions, 54 positive and 41 negative. Ease of use came up in 27, 20 positive. Value came up in 15, 9 positive. Skin irritation came up in 12 mentions4. These are Amazon's counts.
  • Testimonials: SOREN's stories are labelled "Real customer compensated for sharing their story"1.
  • Trustpilot: we could not read a profile for sorenhair.com on 24 Oct 20265.

The gap between 4.9 on the brand's site and 3.8 on Amazon is wide. Effectiveness drew many negative mentions in Amazon's summary.

How it scores

We use the same scoring table as our best micro infusion systems roundup. This is a scalp kit, so it is not in that roundup.

CriterionWeightScoreWhy
Price per session25%5$10.33 on the 3-month kit, below the lowest roundup price
Kit completeness15%3Device and serum

Total: 3.4 out of 5. Sum: 0.25 x 5 + 0.15 x 3 + 0.15 x 3 + 0.20 x 1 + 0.15 x 5 + 0.10 x 3 = 3.40. The ratings score reflects that we could not read Trustpilot, not a low score there.

Pros and cons

  • 90-day money-back guarantee on any supply size1,3
  • Plans cancel "via member portal or support"1

Subscription, returns and support

Subscription. Plans renew every 30, 60 or 90 days "until canceled"1. The page says to cancel "via member portal or support"1.

Returns. The policy says "We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee"3. You request a refund "within 90 calendar days of delivery" by emailing support@sorenhair.com with your order number3. "A return may be required"3. If so, "return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility"3. Refunds "typically" show in 5 to 10 business days3. The product page adds: "All orders, regardless of supply size, are covered"1. Amazon's listing shows a 30-day refund window for Amazon orders4.

Safety and regulatory status

We found no FDA 510(k) record for SOREN when we searched openFDA on 24 Oct 20266. The page says "These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA" and that the product "is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease"1. It says to consult a doctor before moving off finasteride1. It does not list who should not use the kit1.

What research says about scalp needling

  • A 2023 review of scalp micro infusion found the literature "is limited to a few case reports". It said "Further studies are needed"7.
  • A 2022 systematic review covered 22 studies with 1,127 people. Microneedling helped hair as an add-on to other treatments, at 0.50 to 2.50 mm. The authors called the data "of relatively low quality"8.
  • A 2025 meta-analysis of 12 trials with 631 people found microneedling plus minoxidil raised hair counts more than minoxidil alone. Results varied a lot between trials9.
  • None of these studies tests SOREN.

If your hair loss is sudden, patchy or getting worse, see a dermatologist. Do not stop a prescribed treatment without talking to your doctor.

Is the SOREN Hair Regrowth System worth it?

It suits you if you want a low price per weekly session and a 90-day guarantee1,3. The weak points are the claims. They compare the kit with prescription drugs and cite trials that are not linked1. Amazon buyers rate it 3.8, well below the brand's own widget1,4. If you try it, keep any prescribed treatment unless your doctor says otherwise.

Frequently asked questions

How much does SOREN hair treatment cost?

On 24 Oct 2026 SOREN's page showed $69.95 for 1 month, $103.95 for 2 months and $123.95 for 3 months, one-time. That is $17.49, $12.99 or $10.33 per weekly treatment by our sums. Subscriptions cost $49.95, $79.95 or $99.95 and renew until you cancel. Amazon listed a 3-month kit at $79.99.

Is SOREN legit or a scam?

We give facts, not a verdict. SOREN offers a 90-day money-back guarantee by email. Its page says its statements "have not been evaluated by the FDA", and we found no FDA record for it. Its own site shows 4.9 from 1,536 reviews. Amazon showed 3.8 from 318 ratings. Its clinical claims link no study.

Does micro-infusion work for hair growth?

The evidence is thin. A 2023 review of scalp micro infusion said the literature is limited to a few case reports. A 2025 meta-analysis found microneedling plus minoxidil raised hair counts more than minoxidil alone, but trials varied a lot. None of this research tests SOREN or a home micro-infusion kit.

Can I return SOREN?

SOREN's policy offers a "90-day money-back guarantee". You email support@sorenhair.com within 90 calendar days of delivery, with your order number. A return "may be required", and if so you pay return shipping. Refunds usually show in 5 to 10 business days. The product page says all orders, of any supply size, are covered.

Are SOREN before and after photos real customers?

SOREN labels its customer stories "Real customer compensated for sharing their story". So the people in them were paid. The page adds that individual results may vary and that it does not guarantee the same outcome for all users. Paid stories are not a controlled study, so weigh them with care.
